Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 1 head green cabbage chopped
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Other Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Place the chopped cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  • Stir well and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add cooked sausage or beans for extra protein. Adjust seasoning as needed.
