Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice or Corn Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 packet Pistachio Pudding Mix 3.4 oz
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Salted Pistachios Shelled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Optional Add-Ons

  • Mini Marshmallows For a chewy texture
  • Dark Chocolate Chips For extra flavor
  • Green Food Coloring For festive color

Instructions
 

  • Measure and prepare all ingredients, chopping pistachios into small pieces.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the cereal and gently toss until fully coated.
  • Sprinkle the pistachio pudding mix over the coated cereal and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large resealable plastic bag, add powdered sugar, and shake to coat evenly.
  • Pour the coated cereal into a clean bowl, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top, and toss lightly.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a stronger pistachio flavor, add a few drops of pistachio extract to the melted chocolate.
