Measure and prepare all ingredients, chopping pistachios into small pieces.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over the cereal and gently toss until fully coated.
Sprinkle the pistachio pudding mix over the coated cereal and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a large resealable plastic bag, add powdered sugar, and shake to coat evenly.
