Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubed

Dough & Topping

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Drain excess fat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, then fold and seal tightly.
  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter before baking. Try adding bacon or jalapeños for a twist!
