Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and toss in the cooked noodles. Stir everything together to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or sriracha. Serve with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
