Instructions
Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Prepare the Wings:
Place frozen wings on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Lightly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Cooking in the Oven:
Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Cooking in the Air Fryer:
Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway. Increase to 400°F for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Rest & Serve:
Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving. Toss in your favorite sauce or enjoy as is!
Notes
For extra flavor, toss wings in buffalo, BBQ, or honey garlic sauce after cooking. For crispier wings, pat dry before seasoning.
